We meet and discuss your preferences for your house with you
We love talking to our clients about their ideal house: we can spend hours conversing about a new project. We discuss everything from the general style down to the tiniest detail of your residence. - 02
We develop terms of reference and have them approved
We keep record of every need, assess their technical implementation and then have your preferences confirmed once again. - 03
We go and visit the land plot
We define building opportunities: availability of utility networks, land plot geology and terrain, optimum routes for transporting construction materials. - 04
We make a project design agreement
Once the documents are signed, the architect and the interior designer work together to design your house. - 05
We set up an architecture studio and develop design and construction documents
A house to be build is subject to a number of requirements: height, distance from other houses, land plot vegetation and other parameters. Our architecture studio takes into account all relevant terms and conditions. Once the architecture studio is agreed upon with the authorities, we start developing design and construction drawings. - 06
We receive a construction permit
The development of design and construction drawings and obtaining a construction permit takes at least half a year. We deal with all the documents ourselves: no need for you to go hunting for clerks and deal with the red tape.
